What is Fayetteville Road?

Fayetteville Road LLC was founded in 2018 by Brittany Hicks and Jessica Couch. The agency focuses on fashion technology integration, education, recruiting and community building. Fayetteville Road prioritizes underrepresented minorities and prides itself on diversity of thought. We strive to create new experiences and opportunities in the fashion tech community.

Fayetteville Road LLC produces the “Women of Color FashTech Brunch”.

What is Fashion Technology?

Fashion technology is the integration of technology throughout the fashion supply chain. For the past 5 years fashion brands and retailers have seen the need to integrate technology into antiquated processes across the fashion and apparel industry. This has created a skills gap within fashion that needs to be addressed and filled. Many new and exciting positions are available and we are ensuring that women of color have the opportunity to be a part of this change.

Retail Innovation: Luxor + Finch

Fayetteville Road's FashTech Innovation initiative is operated by Luxor + Finch Consulting and uses technology integration to resolve pain points plaguing the fashion industry. The initiative focuses on fit equality, sizing improvements, waste reduction, return reduction and the elimination of excessive dead inventory.
